I'm a BMW driver.......and I park normally. And always use turn signals.

Also, I get the fuck out of the left lane unless I'm passing, and I don't tailgate. Fuck rock chips. None so far in 7 months.

no, they don't really worry about BMWs more than 4 years old. A 22 year old one is strictly for peasants and therefore not worth their time.

It's the 8 speed. I do floor it merging onto the highway. I also drive in Sport or Sport + with paddles on occasion.

I commend your honesty. I too am a BMW owner and I utilize the stick on the left of my steering wheel to indicate my intention to change lanes and make turns of either direction. I also park within the lines that have been designated as spots for which to park my vehicle when I must leave it unattended in places that have concrete pads for which to leave vehicles unattended upon.

Then you're good. The habits I listed were (in order) my dad's and my brother's habits with the e38. My mom and I were the only ones to drive it like you normal folk.
